This video accompanied a report from HRW about overpacked prisons in the Brazilian state of Pernambuco. The footage was gathered by HRW Senior Researcher César Muñoz Acebes. I worked closely with César on the edit so the video would be an accurate representation of the situation he witnessed. We were extremely careful as well to protect the identities of the inmates.
